Not all “Self Care" is the same or healthful.

Although massages are great for caring for yourself, so are manicures and pedicures, eating and exercise. However...

This is the subtle, yet SUBSTANTIAL difference…

It’s not about “treating yourself TO…”

It’s about “treating yourself WITH…”

It's about treating yourself WITH C.A.R.E.

Care.
Attention.
Respect.
Excellence.

Aristotle reminds us that “Excellence is not an act, but a habit.”

It's when you begin to make caring for yourself a daily habit. An act of love and care. Treating yourself with the highest attention, respect, and excellence, that my dear is the whole truth about SELF CARE.

This creates health. EASE. Not DIS-EASE.
